The Cold Draw :

The flavors is of burnt sugar, alfalfa, coca nib, palm kernel, tee tree, and bing cherry

Flavors

1st :

Initial puffs from this Patriot have pink peppercorn flavors and smoked pepper. A mellow note, like Mellon and vanillin, follows in the front, along with an orange wood note that rounds out a sweet conglomeration. This continues the first notes of asparagus, lime, and pine nuts.

2nd:

The second third brings more sweetness with the sweeter notes of orange blossom, diamtra sugar, and an increasing berry pepper note like purple peppercorns, white sage, leather, and anchovy paste.

3rd:

The last third had the sweetness fading, and spice notes and leather took a forward position as the main flavor notes. The notes of white sage, grains of peridice, and cherry wood are now involved, and the grassy notes were mostly gone.

The Draw :

I did a cut, The draw is slow and has resistance to it.

The Burn :

The burn is consistent and burns evenly with needing to be relit once in the first third.

The Appearance :

This cigar is wrapped with three bands: one on top, one in the middle, and one on the bottom. The top is the Vegfina logo band.

In the middle is a large band with a very pronounced USA flag.

The bottom is a silver band with the word patriot in like Star Trek style raised in black, its namesake,

Final Thoughts:

This cigar was not what I was expecting. I was disappointed in the flavors and lack of depth. I can not say I would seek it out, but I am glad I was able to try it.
